It's not for me. It is for our truck driver who I was in charge of. He never reported to me that he specifically hurt his back while at work. He left one day fine and came in late the next day complaining that he couldnt work because he had hurt his back.

Not looking forward to it. I am the key witness because I am the last one to talk to him the day before he couldn't work. And he is suppose to report to me. All I can do is tell the truth which I will. Doesn't help he made a claim to my boss about me making a racist remark which is completely false. I hope so. Not looking forward to this thing. I liked the kid but I think he is trying to pull something. I believe he is hurt but I think it was an existing thing because he said nothing about it the day before and looked fine when he left work. As far as his accusation, I never use that word. We both joked around based on the stereotypes of society and it was two sided thing.
