Got an email about the new dennis crine psycho and the mv3. The crine isnt a bad looking bat but the mv3 is pretty female looking. Whant to see what you guys thought. Also heard that miken has stopped production on the mv1. willl these bats eventually be banned

Sorry fellas got on a website that had the womans fastpitch mv3 as their picture for the mens slowpitch mv3. The mv3 is a great looking bat. But i still wander what is going to happen with the mv1 still being sanctioned

I love my MV-1! There has been rumors of it being banned for some time and nothing has come of it.. With it being discontinued I doubt anything will happen.

I am not really feeling the mv-3 but I kind of like the psycho. It would be nice to know if the mv-1 is going to be on the banned bat list.

it's still good to go, i wouldn't worry much........

one reason to discontinue a model is to make room for the new ones......

The other reason is due to heat from the associations because the bat may be too hot. If you discontinue it before it is banned they will let you sell it out and you will still be able to do a reissue in a few years.

true, but i don't know of many utrips bats being banned anymore.....

I have heard rumors of some of the ones that have been reissued falling into this category. Not banned but would have been if production had continued. But you know how that goes. The bat you are swingest is the hottest bat out there. The bat was dropped because it was just too sick. The truth is probably that it easier to sell the next new thing than compete with the same old thing. Regardless if the same old thing is the best thing out there, ie the OG Synergy.
