Brag about your new gear
What have you got or are getting for the upcoming season?
I just picked up a Rawlings Sandlot 13" Basketweave to replace the glove I lost last year. Still need to get a White Steel.

I bought a 12.5" Sandlot at the end of last season. Really like it. Taking it's time breaking in though

I got a 2008 Albin Incinerator ASA model. I've only hit it in the cages but it seems to be pretty hot! I've never heard of them before last Fall Season. I bought one from Hotbatz.com for $133 shipped and I want another one but I can't find anything less than $300. Have any of you heard of or swung this bat? I'm curious what others know about it. The way it felt in the cages....I might like this Albin better than my Worth Mayhem 98 (OG). Oh, I also picked up an OG synergy flex. That bat is sick too. I also purchased a V-TEE. Let me tell you, this thing is slick. The ball actually hangs down in a little rubber ball holder and you can smash without ever having any interference from the tee. Those are my new goodies so far, gotta check out the new Boombah's before the season starts though. I go through 1 or 2 pairs a year!

I am working on breaking it in now. The only thing that seems to be taking time is the thumb. Feels like they put in some heavy duty cardboard or something in there. Using mink oil, a softball and the bed. Tried and true method that I have been using for about 34 years now. Usually get a glove broken in in about a week.

Not really anything new for me other than a new Mizuno glove which I hope to have broken in by the end of the year. Other than that my friend and me were given about 120 almost new softballs by the head maintenance guy for the city's fields!

My buddy had one last saturday, the red and white one. Broke it right out of the wrapper at the cages and the ball was jumping off of it.
