Biggest problem I had last year was trying to find someone to pitch to me so I could get swings in to be ready for the weekend. Now I won't need someone if I can't find them. Just bring it down to the field and get some swings in after I get done umping.

that's the best thing about hitting off the tee, work on mechanics and you don't need anyone eles around.....

You should check out the "V-Tee" It is adjustable and to top it off the ball actually hangs in a rubber sling so no more smacking the tee. It was cheap and the sling doesn't restrict the ball and is pretty durable. Just a suggestion.

I use a mic stand w/a pc of rubber tube on the end to hold the ball and not damage the bat. Fully adjustable and costs about the same as building 1 from PVC. Plus it doesn't fall over b/c of the weighted base

Gonna take care of the base issue by putting sand into the base part of the pvc.

Hitting of the tee will also show you swing flaws. And it's ALWAYS the perfect pitch.
